Shipping costs and information:
As standard, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DHL or Deutsche Post. The shipping costs incurred in each case can be found in the table below.
I. Shipping within Germany:
We do not charge any shipping costs for shipments within mainland Germany and to German islands.
The delivery time is 1-3 business days; exceptions are the responsibility of the shipping service provider.
II. Shipping outside Germany
We deliver to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
The shipping costs to the EU are a flat rate of 7.20 euros per order.

b. If you order several items from us in one order
For orders with different delivery times, we will ship
the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
In this case, the shipment of goods shall be
total delivery time for the item in your order with the
longest delivery time applies.
c. Information on calculating the delivery date
The delivery period begins on the day of payment in advance
after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution
or in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and
ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day
the deadline to a Saturday, Sunday or a day officially agreed at the place of delivery
recognized public holiday, such a holiday shall be replaced by
day the next working day.
